Lovelyn Gale Go

Lovelyn Gale Go started their work experience in 2009 as a Customer Service Team Lead at Teleperformance, where they managed day-to-day activities and trained representatives. Lovelyn Gale then worked as a General Manager at Ladino Transport, overseeing dispatching and routing activities. In 2013, they joined SYKES as a Senior Customer Service Associate. From 2018 to 2019, Lovelyn served as the President and Director of Operations/Project Manager at Bompipi Pharmacy Philippines. In 2020, they became an Assistant Manager at EXL, where they handled a team and focused on achieving organizational goals. Lovelyn's recent roles include working at Builder.ai as a Sales Development Team Lead and Partnerships Specialist, where they managed a team of Sales Development Representatives and developed effective action plans. Lovelyn Gale also worked as an SDR Trainer, preparing new sales representatives and conducting training sessions.

Lovelyn Gale Go, CLSSYB has a degree in Information Communication and Technology, with a focus on Communication and IT, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Lovelyn Gale has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Six Sigma PH in 2021.
