Utsav Preet

Utsav Preet has a diverse work experience, starting as a tech intern at Builder.ai in January 2018 before joining as a full-time Junior Engineer. Utsav worked on various technologies, including Big Data, Data Science, Python, Django, and full stack development. Utsav then progressed to roles such as Associate Technical Lead, Technical Lead, and Senior Technical Lead at Builder.ai before becoming the Associate Director of Engineering in 2024.

Prior to their tenure at Builder.ai, Utsav worked as a Coordinator for the Training & Placement Cell at SRM University Sonepat, where they focused on facilitating job placements for students. Utsav also worked as a Software Design Engineer Intern at RealBox Data Analytics, designing responsive web applications.

Utsav gained experience in entrepreneurship as the Chief Coordinator Technology at Propio, where they helped launch a subscription-based ownership model in India. Utsav also worked as a UCollege Program Coordinator at Udacity, an online education platform partnering with tech companies to provide industry-ready courses.

Before entering the tech industry, Utsav served as the Chief Coordinator Technical (CTO) at ConneXTech, a company focused on creative and innovative work. Additionally, they had internships as an iOS Developer Intern at AppInventiv, learning iOS app development using Swift, and as an Application Tester at Redfoodie, where they tested and debugged their iOS app.

In the IT field, Utsav was the Head of IT at The Dais and also served as the Head of IT/Design Head for Youth Forum on Foreign Policy, an initiative promoting dialogue on foreign policy among Indian youth.

Overall, Utsav has held various technical and leadership roles throughout their career, showcasing their versatility and commitment to advancing technology.

Utsav Preet completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from SRM University Sonepat, Haryana, from 2014 to 2018. Utsav also obtained a Diploma in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Cyber Security Studies and Research Laboratory (CSSRL) between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they pursued higher education at Bluebells School International from 2000 to 2014. Utsav Preet has obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional from Amazon Web Services, Certified CI/CD Specialist from GitLab Inc., and Cloud DevOps Engineer from Udacity, among others.
