Mathieu Dubeau

Mathieu Dubeau, Ph.D., currently serves as a Staff Applied Scientist, Lead Researcher, and User Researcher at Buildertrend since March 2022. Mathieu has extensive experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Puget Sound from August 2021 to May 2022 and as a Lecturer at the University of Washington from September 2014 to March 2022, where coursework included both large lectures and small seminars. Additionally, Mathieu has conducted mixed-methods research, completing six research projects presented at national conferences during a seven-year tenure at the University of Washington. Prior roles include Adjunct Professor at Seattle University and Legal Clerk at the Department of Public Defense in King County. Mathieu's academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Washington in June 2021, following a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
