Cara O'Halloran is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles at Building Champions since May 2015, culminating in the position of Director of Marketing. O'Halloran has a strong background in content marketing, client services, and team leadership, having supervised the Client Services department, implemented efficient workflows, and managed new hire onboarding and training. Prior to Building Champions, O'Halloran served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Nike, where support was provided to recruiters, and worked as a University Recruiter at Corban University, leading recruiting initiatives and developing marketing strategies. O'Halloran began the career with a Marketing Internship at Sysco, contributing through process documentation and communication audits. O'Halloran holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Corban University.
