Director, California Heat Pump Partnership at Building Decarb Coalition

Terra Weeks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy policy and decarbonization efforts. Currently serving as the Director of the California Heat Pump Partnership at the Building Decarbonization Coalition, Terra previously held positions at the California Energy Commission, including Senior Advisor and Advisor to Commissioner David Hochschild. Additional roles include Portfolio Manager and Applications Coordinator Fellow at Elemental Excelerator, and Stanford Energy Policy Fellow at the California Energy Commission. Terra's background in renewable energy initiatives is further demonstrated through the role of Renewable Energy Program Associate at the San Francisco Department of the Environment. Terra holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
