Antoine Glenn

Antoine Glenn has extensive work experience in various roles. Antoine started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in 2004 and later progressed to become a Supervisor at the Phone and Claims Call Center. Antoine then served as an Assistant Manager in the Claims Contact Center, where they managed staff scheduling and collaborated with senior management. Antoine also worked as an IT Assistant Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where they researched and implemented new technologies. Prior to that, they served as the Purchasing Manager at the Detroit Job Corps Center, handling government contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations. Currently, Antoine is the Director of Compliance at the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

Antoine Glenn obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Siena Heights University. Furthermore, they received a Certificate in Network Systems Support from the National Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they studied Computer and Mechanical Engineering at Lawrence Technological University. In addition to their formal education, Antoine Glenn also has certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including a Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt obtained from Lawrence Technological University in October 2016, and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt obtained in September 2016.
