La Toya Bond

La Toya Bond serves as a Legal Support Liaison at the Detroit Land Bank Authority since July 2018 and has held the role of Secretary on the Board of Directors for Kevin's Song since March 2022, where advocacy for suicide prevention and awareness has been a key focus. La Toya is also the host of "Speaking Of Love - The Podcast," created in memory of Herman McKalpain, Jr., addressing themes stemming from their tragic death. As a Small Business Owner of Beautiful Creations By Toy since February 2015, and an On Air Personality at Radio One since October 2018, La Toya balances various professional commitments while maintaining active involvement as the Executive Board Secretary for the Down Syndrome Guild of Southeast Michigan since December 2013. Previously, La Toya held the position of Director of Public Relations at Michigan Mathematics and Science Academy from May 2009 to June 2018.
