Nicholas Ditto has a diverse work experience in the education field, spanning from 2013 to the present. Nicholas is the Founder and CEO of Fort Worth STEAM Academy, a role they began in 2023. Prior to this, Nicholas worked at IDEA Public Schools, where they held various roles including Senior Principal at Rise College Prep and Founding Principal at IDEA Rise College Prep. Nicholas achieved impressive results during their time at IDEA, including designing and implementing data-driven instructional systems and leading the school to receive an "A rating" from TEA. Nicholas also served as a Principal in Residence at IDEA McAllen & IDEA Judson, where they coached teachers and fostered a strong student culture. Before their time at IDEA, Nicholas worked as an Educational Consultant at DePaul University, co-creating and leading workshops on STEM education and problem-based learning. Nicholas Ditto completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in English and Media Studies from the University of Minnesota between 2009 and 2013. Later, they pursued a Masters in Secondary Education with a specialization in Science from Arizona State University, which they attained from 2013 to 2015.
