Andrea Spillmann-Gajek

Andrea Spillmann-Gajek works to build and apply technology to solve health and social welfare challenges locally and globally. As a founding team member and SVP of Operations and Customer Success at Captricity, she helped build and scale both the social enterprise and the Customer Success team. She currently leads Customer Success for Oakland-based Outlier AI. Prior to Captricity, her experience focused on implementing technology solutions across academic medicine, domestic health education, and global health. She has an MPH from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA from Harvard University.
