Elisain Pena

Elisain Pena has been in the workforce since 2007. Elisain began their career as a Production Assistant at Keystrokes Plus, then moved on to become an Enumerator at the US Census Bureau in 2010. Later that year, they joined DOTmed.com as a Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for leading discussions on Customer and Compliance standards, advocating new features, and delivering Front-line Bug Reports. In 2011, they were promoted to Project Manager, Customer Service and Logistics, where they had CRM experience, was responsible for quality control, moderation, and security of medical equipment auctions, and initiated the development and design of new tools. In 2017, they joined BuildingLink as an Escalation Manager and Software Development Coordinator.

Elisain Pena attended the College of Staten Island from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
