Lucio Martiarena

Lucio Martiarena has over seven years of experience in the technology industry. Lucio began their career in 2012 at Hewlett-Packard as a Technical Support Representative and System Center Configuration Manager. Lucio then moved on to become a Software Delivery Lead, where they were responsible for meeting with clients to review requirements for software to be distributed and determining package requirements, method of delivery, and deployment timing. In 2014, they joined VMBC as a Business Intelligence & Mobile Business Coordinator, where they helped people develop and grow through effective communication, coordination, care, and culture. Most recently, they have been working at BuildingLink since 2019 as a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Specialist, and Software Trainer. In this role, they have been responsible for understanding customer goals and objectives, increasing product adoption and usage, and identifying solutions with the use of empathy and critical thinking skills. Lucio has also been tasked with building Customer Success Plans, measuring and monitoring customer’s achievement of critical and key performance indicators, and preparing and conducting software training.

Lucio Martiarena has an extensive education history. In 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. In 2016, they completed an Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Cloud 21 - Universidad Siglo 21. From 2018 to 2020, they earned a PMP in Business Administration and Management, General from the Technical Institute of America. Lucio also has several certifications, including Data Privacy & Information Security, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Recognizing and Preventing Phishing Attacks, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, and Level 2 Customer Success Advanced, which they obtained from Traliant and Growth Molecules, LLC in 2023 and 2021, respectively.
