Lauden Wood

Lauden Wood has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, they were a student athlete at Winona State University, where they played football. After graduating, they joined Jones Dairy Farm as a Relief Supervisor, where they conducted audits, managed inventory, and contributed to cost-saving projects. In 2017, they joined ECM Holding Group as a Project Manager, where they excelled at project management, sales, and warehouse management. They achieved revenue increases and worked on projects for various sectors including commercial, government, military, federal, and K-12 buildings. In 2019, Lauden became the Owner of Wood Industries LLC. They then moved on to Nexus Solutions, LLC in 2020 as a Project Superintendent, responsible for overseeing construction activities for a large public school project. In 2021, they joined eXp Realty as a Realtor. Currently, Lauden works at BuildOps, starting as a Sales Development Representative and progressing to roles including Corporate SDR Team Lead, Enterprise Business Development Manager, and currently, Account Executive.

From 2012 to 2016, Lauden Wood attended Winona State University, where they pursued a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) and Human Resource Management. During their time at the university, they also attained a minor in Management. Lauden's field of study was predominantly focused on business.
