Ken Vilaysane has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ken also has experience at National Australia Bank, where they held various roles such as Scrum Master/Implementation Manager, Senior Project Analyst, Product Analyst, and Graduate Project Analyst. Ken was responsible for budgeting, schedule management, risk tracking, document control, and developing operations metrics reports for multiple projects.

Earlier in their career, Ken worked at Prebuilt as a Project Coordinator, assisting in the project management of modular commercial and residential projects. Ken'sresponsibilities included preparing and tracking project schedules, preparing resource plans, and estimation and procurement of building materials and labor.

Ken Vilaysane holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Melbourne. Ken attended the university from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Ken also completed an exchange program at McGill University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Engineering.

Besides their formal education, Ken has obtained several additional certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance. In 2020, Ken completed PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training offered by PeopleCert. More recently, in 2021, they obtained a certificate in UX Foundations from Designlab.
