Elvin Webb

Elvin Webb has held various engineering and product management roles since 2007. Elvin began their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems in 2007. In 2010, they joined the Rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program at Raytheon Technical Services Company as an Industrial Engineer. Elvin then moved to Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems in 2011, where they held the role of Rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program-New Business Transition Lead. In the same year, they joined Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems as a Rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program-Systems Engineer. In 2012, they became a Systems Engineer at Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems, where they worked with a team of systems and test engineers to execute factory qualification testing on the Joint Polar Satellite System Common Ground System, as well as leading the deployment of security tools across the command, control and communication segment of the satellite ground system. In 2014, they joined DaVita as Manager, Engineering and Senior Analyst - Operations Innovation. In 2019, they became a Product Manager at Granicus. In 2021, they joined Capitol Canary as a Senior Product Manager. Elvin is currently a Senior Director of Product Management at BuildWithin.

Elvin Webb obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville in 2009, followed by a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering in 2010. In 2021, they obtained a PMC Level I certification from the Pragmatic Institute and a Machine Learning: From Data to Decisions certification from MIT Professional Education.
