David Murray

David Murray is the current President & CEO of Buildxact. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Customer Officer of IXUP Pty Ltd from November 2014 to September 2017, and Regional Vice President of Amdocs from April 2012 to February 2015.

David has over 25 years of experience in sales, strategy, and leadership positions in the telecommunications industry. David has a proven track record in building and scaling software companies, as well as delivering results in large, complex organizations.

Under David’s leadership, IXUP secured foundational clients and positioned the company to scale. David also implemented marketing, product, and sales strategies for the company. At Amdocs, David was responsible for the P&L, sales, delivery, operations, and strategy for the Australian and New Zealand businesses. David also played a key role in the SingTel Group (2012-2013).

David holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD.

David Murray attended the INSEAD International Executive Program in France and Singapore where they studied general management. David also attended Harvard Business School where they studied international business. David Murray also has a degree in electrical, electronic and communications engineering technology/technician from the University of South Australia.
