Jayson Collins is an experienced professional in the field of quality assurance and project management, currently serving as the LatAm Manager at BUILT since February 2021. Prior to this role, Collins worked at Evertec for seven years, holding positions as a QA Test Automation Supervisor and Scrum Master, where responsibilities included implementing test automation using Agile methodologies and creating development stories in JIRA. Earlier experience includes serving as a QA Coordinator and QA Supervisor at PRSoft, Inc. from 2005 to 2013, focusing on user story refinement and test coordination. Collins began a career in IT support at Proactive Technology Consultants, providing essential tech support and managing user accounts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and multiple certifications from Scaled Agile, including Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified SAFe® Scrum Master.
