Bryan Dawson

Bryan Dawson is the Vice President of Food Safety and Quality at Built Brands, where they also held the position of Director of Food Safety and Quality. They previously worked at General Mills as a Quality Engineer II, Quality Engineer I, and 3rd Shift Supervisor, and contributed as a Product Development Scientist at Chapul. Bryan gained experience as a Quality Assurance Technician and Teaching Assistant while earning a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Food Science from Brigham Young University.
