Shannon McQuarrie

Shannon McQuarrie has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Shannon is currently the Chief People Officer at Built Brands, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the VP of Human Resources at Built Brands from June 2019 until November 2022. Before joining Built Brands, Shannon worked as a Client Success Manager at Premier Employee Solutions from July 2018 to June 2019. Shannon also served as the HR Director at Solution Services, Inc from February 2012 to July 2018. Earlier in their career, Shannon held the role of HR Manager at Platinum Protection from 2010 to 2012. Shannon began their career at SOS Staffing, where they worked as a Corporate Trainer from 2007 to 2009 and as an Office Manager from 2002 to 2007.

Shannon McQuarrie attended Brigham Young University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
