Derek Schoenberger

Derek Schoenberger has worked in a variety of engineering roles since 2019. Derek began their career as an Engineering Intern at the National Science Foundation (NSF) in 2019. In 2020, they were an Engineering & Operations Intern at Grandmark International. In 2021, they were an Engineering Intern at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and an Electrical Design Engineer at Terps Racing. Derek is currently a Robotics Engineer at Built Robotics, starting in 2022.

Derek Schoenberger attended the University of Maryland from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in both Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.
