Magdalena Varas

Magdalena Varas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and management within the areas of Talent and Culture. Since March 2021, Magdalena has held the role of Product Owner Lead at Buk, overseeing the development of new functionalities and continuous improvement of various modules, while also managing the product backlog to ensure stakeholder value delivery. Prior to this, Magdalena served as a Project Manager at Buk, where training and support for clients regarding the implementation of Talent and Culture modules were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes serving as Business Development Manager at PeopleFIRST Chile, where platform design and continuous improvement of assessment modules were primary tasks, and roles at Great Place To Work® Chile, Soprole, BBVA Chile, and Research International Cadem, all contributing to expertise in organizational culture, HR practices, and project management. Magdalena holds advanced educational credentials from esteemed institutions including Harvard University and has a Diplomado in Social Responsibility from Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
