Paskalouis Patressi

Paskalouis Patressi is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving at Bukalapak since February 2019, Paskalouis oversees a team of ten engineers, focusing on enhancing their skills and career development. Previously, Paskalouis held roles as an Associate Engineering Manager and Frontend Engineer at Bukalapak, where responsibilities included developing scalable front-end solutions aligned with customer needs and implementing test-driven development practices. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Web Application Developer and Head of the Cardplus Project Development Team at W3O Indo Scientia, alongside a role as a Web Application Developer. Paskalouis began a career in mentoring at Bina Nusantara University as a Student Mentor. Paskalouis holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University.
