Silvia Kirilova has held various roles in the banking and legal fields throughout their career. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Legal Officer at UBB Interlease EAD. In 2000, they became a Manager at International Commercial Bank, a position they held until 2001. Starting in 2001, they joined Bulgarian American Credit Bank (BACB) as Chief Legal Counsel. In this role, they were responsible for managing and supervising the legal function and division of the bank, and provided advising on various legal matters related to banking and lending business, compliance, corporate governance, and asset management. Silvia also served as the Corporate Secretary of BACB's management and supervisory boards and was involved in shareholder-related events and regulatory reporting.
Silvia Kirilova completed their education from 1991 to 1996 at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Silvia obtained a Master of Laws - LLM degree with a focus on Law during this time. Following this, from 1996 to 1997, Silvia attended Central European University, where they pursued another Master of Laws - LLM degree, specializing in International Business Law.
