James Sackfield

James Sackfield is an experienced professional in retail operations and training, currently serving as the National Manager of Store Programs & Training at Bulk Barn Foods Limited since January 2008. In this role, James designs, communicates, and executes national retail operations and training programs. Previously, James held the position of District Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing profitability, compliance, brand image, and customer experience for stores in the GTA and Northern Ontario. James also served as a Training Supervisor, focusing on educating and guiding franchisees and staff on operating standards. Earlier in their career, James worked at ICI Dulux Paints as a Sales Representative and Sales Coordinator, where duties involved managing inventory and supporting the sales team with presentations and training materials. James holds a degree in Business Accounting from Niagara College.
