Adam Pearson is the VP, Support Operations at Bullhorn. Adam was previously the Director, Workforce Planning & Strategy at Expedia Group, where they led a team of professionals providing workload forecasting, headcount planning and resource management for 2000+ associates in 30+ languages spread across 50+ global locations.

Prior to that, they were the Director of Workforce Planning at Expedia Group, where they built a workforce planning team and planning strategy from the ground up and managed a team through growth and myriad changes while maintaining excellent delivery standards.

Adam has also held the positions of Manager, Workforce Planning at Expedia Group and Sr Analyst, Workforce Management at Expedia Group. Prior to joining Expedia, they worked as an Analyst 2, Resource Planning at T-Mobile.

Adam Pearson reports to Art Papas, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Peter Linas - Chief People Officer & EVP, Emeka Iheme - VP, Services NA, and Paul Nash - VP, Solution Consulting, Overlays, and Sales Enablement.
