Kate Stevens

Kate Stevens has a diverse work experience in the fields of operations, consultancy, and marketing. Kate currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer (consultant) at Eye Care Leaders since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kate Stevens Ltd as an Operational Consultant, where they assisted companies in achieving their OKR's through change management, operational consultancy, strategic investment advice, and marketing initiatives. Kate also served as a Regional Judge at Young Enterprise UK and as Head of Equity Campaigns at Crowdcube, where they devised strategies that resulted in record-breaking revenue and increased funding rates. Kate has experience in mentoring and elevating startups through their role at Pitch@Palace. Additionally, they have held positions such as Head of CX UK/EEA at Curve, Head of Digital and E-commerce at Swallowfield plc, and Head of Marketing at Brew. Kate'sexpertise includes optimizing customer experience, managing teams, creating marketing plans, and strategic consulting.

Kate Stevens obtained their BA Hons in History from the University of the West of England, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. In 2020, they also obtained certification as a Performance Climate Systems Accredited Practitioner from Performance Climate Systems - Worldwide.
