Matthew Stewart has extensive experience in training, software support, and account management within the technology sector. Currently a Trainer at Bulloch Technologies since May 2013, Matthew develops training programs for installation and service technicians, focusing on the BT9000 POS system. Previously, Matthew held roles as Senior Software Specialist and Software Specialist, where responsibilities included the installation and support of POS hardware and software. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Breakaway Technologies, where sales and customer service were key components, and as a Manager in Training/Customer Service Specialist at Discount Car Rentals, managing customer service and operational tasks. Matthew holds an Ontario College Diploma in Computer Systems Technician and Networking from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wilfrid Laurier University.
