Brenda Whitesides

Brenda Whitesides is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate consulting and employee performance improvement. Currently serving as a Real Estate Consultant at Bullock Russell Real Estate Services since February 2017, and holding multiple roles at Keys to Success since November 2008 as a Consultant, Performance Leader, Trainer, and Recruiter, Brenda specializes in driving sustainable performance increases and employee engagement through innovative strategies. Previous experience includes positions as a Sales Training Consultant at Norwell Consulting in 2013 and a Human Resource Professional at Ricoh Electronics from 1997 to 2008, where the focus was on aligning HR efforts with organizational goals to enhance performance and job satisfaction. Brenda holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Utah and an MS in Educational Technology from the University of Southern California.
