Diana Varanita

Diana Varanita has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Diana began their career as a Manager Assistant (Internship) at "Randevu -Lux" Touristic Agency in 2007. Diana then completed an Internship in Public Relations Department at LEOGRAND Hotel and Convention Center in 2009, followed by an Hospitality Internship Program at IHG -Crowne Plaza Hotel & Beach Resort in the same year. In 2010, they became a Reception Manager at Elat Hotel. From 2011 to 2014, they worked for JobsGlobal.com Manpower Recruitment Group in 14 countries/ Arabian Centers Group, where they held the roles of Recruitment & Operations Manager and Recruitment Coordinator. During this time, they were responsible for meeting candidates, screening them according to their profile, and providing assistance with portfolio building and the visa process. From 2014 to 2015, they were a People Development Business Partner at Endava, where they maintained staff growth by equipping them with the knowledge and practical skills to carry out their work activities effectively. Currently, Diana is an HR Lead at bully! entertainment, where they oversee the daily workflow of the HR department, collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention, and helps the marketing team with necessary research for recruitment campaigns.

Diana Varanita attended the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Tourism & Hospitality Services.
