Dave Matusiak

Dave Matusiak is the Head of Talent at Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI) where he brings a decade of experience in Human Resources leadership and management in the non-profit, software, education, and biotech industries. Dave gets excited about developing employees of all levels, facilitating collaboration and communication, and driving a great company culture.

Prior to BPI, Dave led HR for AgNovos Healthcare, a start-up medical device manufacturer. He has also served as head of HR and organizational development at Badlands LLC and Network for Good.

Dave holds a degree in architecture from the University of Maryland.
