Angelica Quintero-Serrano

Angelica Quintero-Serrano has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Angelica started their career at Universidad del Valle as an Environmental Statistician, where they contributed to environmental projects and developed strategies for water quality monitoring and policy implementation. Angelica then worked at University College London as a Hospitality Manager Assistant, where they utilized their skills in customer service and developed an Excel-based booking system to optimize functions. Angelica later joined GfK as a Senior Project Manager, running quantitative and qualitative studies for national and international clients in LATAM. Angelica then transitioned to Quadrangle Research Group Ltd as a Senior Data Analyst, where they performed data analysis across various sectors and also took on responsibilities in project and people management. Angelica's role at Truth Consulting as the Head of Data Analytics allowed their to create a framework called Data Semiotics™, which involved integrating cultural and qualitative analyses with data analysis to develop tailored analytical methodologies. Angelica currently holds the position of Research Director at Bumble. Angelica's work experience showcases their expertise in data analysis, project management, and environmental statistics.

Angelica Quintero-Serrano completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Universidad del Valle (CO) from 1998 to 2004. Angelica then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental Modelling, Monitoring & Management from King's College London in the year 2009.
