Caroline Morell Bøstrup Asmussen has extensive experience in strategy and brand management. Caroline Morell is currently working at Bumble Inc. as the Senior Director of Strategy, responsible for the global brand and creative strategy for Bumble Inc. and its various platforms. Prior to this, Caroline worked at ASOS.com as the Global Lead for Strategic Brand Management, overseeing brand management for the fashion, sportswear, and masterbrand verticals. Caroline Morell also has experience as the Founder & Director of Consult by Asmussen, where they worked with clients such as Carlsberg, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, and AXA Business Insurance. Additionally, Caroline has held roles at Sunshine, Grey Group, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy, Castit, Groubee, and Wannabee Advertising, gaining experience in strategy, digital planning, and casting.

Caroline Morell Bøstrup Asmussen has a diverse education history in the fields of marketing, business administration, fashion design, and Asian business and management. Caroline Morell holds an MSc in Marketing Communication Management and a BSc in Business Administration and Organizational Communication, both from Copenhagen Business School. Caroline also attended the Scandinavian Academy of Fashion Design, where they studied Scandinavian Academy of Fashion Design - SAFD. Additionally, they participated in a Summer University program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, focusing on Asian Business & Management.

Caroline has also obtained certifications in various areas. Caroline Morell is a Community Director Black Belt from Ogilvy and has completed a course on "FASHION AND SUSTAINABILITY: Understanding luxury fashion in a changing world" at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Caroline Morell has also obtained Fusion + Fusion Pro certification from Ogilvy.
