Rachel McPhillips is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bumble since April 2017, Rachel has held multiple roles including Recruitment Lead and Senior Recruiter, contributing to the growth of Bumble and its affiliated brands.
