Marie Friedrich

Marie Friedrich currently serves as the Director of Talent & People Operations at Urban Sports Club since August 2024 and holds the position of Stellv. Vorsitzende Regionalgruppe Sachs./Sachsen-Anh./Thü. at the Bundesverband der Personalmanager since May 2022. Previously, Marie Friedrich was Vice President of Global People Operations, Vice President of People Experience, and Head of People Experience at Staffbase from December 2017 to July 2024. Earlier career roles include Personalreferent at Porsche Leipzig GmbH (July 2016 - November 2017) and Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH (February 2014 - June 2016), where responsibilities included recruiting and managing interns, dual students, and apprentices. Initial experience included an internship at HUGO BOSS in 2011. Marie Friedrich holds a Master of Science in Management and Organization Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
