Nili T. Moghaddam

Nili T. Moghaddam has held several positions throughout their career. Nili T. currently serves as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Bungalow since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the VP, General Counsel at Rally from January 2021 to August 2021.

Before these roles, Nili worked at Robinhood as the Head of Litigation & Investigations from May 2019 to November 2020, and as Associate General Counsel from August 2018 to May 2019.

Their legal career includes work at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates as a Litigation Counsel from February 2014 to July 2018. Nili T. also gained experience as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office from May 2008 to January 2014, where they played a significant role in prosecuting various cases.

Nili started their career as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from November 2003 to April 2008. Nili T. also served as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from September 2002 to September 2003.

Nili T. Moghaddam pursued their education, starting from 1990 to 1995, at The Buckley School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Later, from 1995 to 1999, they attended Brown University, where they focused on English Literature and earned their Bachelor's degree (BA). In pursuit of further education, from 1999 to 2002, they enrolled at Columbia Law School and successfully completed their studies, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
