Ian Long is an experienced professional in the field of Global Total Rewards, currently serving as the Manager at Bunge since January 2019, with responsibilities spanning pay structure implementation, incentive plan harmonization, benchmarking, job evaluation, workforce planning, and annual compensation cycle support. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Senior Analyst in the same field at Bunge, and previously worked as an HR Analyst for JLL, managing regional compensation and benefits across the Asia Pacific.
