Joan Cardus Martinez

Joan Cardus Martinez is an experienced professional currently serving as Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Lead for Bunge since October 2011. Responsibilities include implementing Continuous Improvement tools across Iberica plants and leading efforts in Industry 4.0 for Europe. Previously held positions include Production Manager, overseeing various operational aspects of the plant, and Refinery Manager, managing the soya and sunflower refinery and significant projects such as the Splitting Project and construction of storage tanks. Prior to Bunge, Joan founded Clik Clak Solucions Tecniques, focusing on thermal solar panel maintenance. Educational achievements include an MBA for Future Leaders from ThePower, a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Cataluña, and various specialized courses, notably in Green Belt Six Sigma and thermal solar panel installations.
