Roman Zaruba

Roman Zaruba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and financial services. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Risk Management at Bunge since August 2021, Roman previously held the position of Chief Specialist in the Department for Management with Overdue Debt at JSC "Privat Bank." Prior to that role, Roman was the Head of Marketing, Advertising, and Product Development at JSC "Asvio Bank." Roman's career also includes significant roles such as Head of the Regional Collection Network Control Unit at JSC “UkrSibbank," and Chief Economist in the Underwriting Department at JSC «Raiffeisen Bank Aval.» Roman began the professional journey as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Risk Manager at «LC «Ukreximleasing» SOE JSC «State export-import Bank of Ukraine.» Roman holds multiple specialist degrees in Management of Organization, Jurisprudence, and Accounting and Audit from various prestigious institutions in Ukraine.
