Rupinder Sandhu currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards and Global Mobility at Bunge since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rupinder Sandhu spent over thirteen years at Mercer India Pvt Ltd., where the position of Process Manager for Career Hub Australia was held, focusing on Total Rewards. Responsibilities included Total Rewards strategy, International Position Evaluation (IPE), Mercer Market Competitiveness Evaluation and Development (Mced), benchmarking analysis, Short-Term Incentives (STI) and Long-Term Incentives (LTI), pay band management, sales incentives, and proxy analysis.
