Rachel Stanton

Rachel Stanton, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Business Operations Manager for the Bungie Leadership Team, having joined the company in August 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held several positions at Bungie, including Business Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Rachel's extensive experience includes a tenure as Director of Administration at Morgan Fabrics Corporation and Assistant Director of Artistic Operations at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. Earlier positions include Company Manager roles at Arizona Opera Company and Wolf Trap Opera, as well as project coordination at ArtsWave. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Oberlin College.
