Claudia Lena San Martin

Claudia Lena San Martin has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Production Support at Bresol S.A. in 2009. Claudia then moved to TCS in 2010, where they acted as a Module Leader and took part of the Quality staff. In 2011, they joined Globant as a QA Senior. In 2014, they began working at The Electric Factory as a QA Coordinator, and also at Manentia Software as a QA Team Lead. In 2016, they co-founded Fixum UY as a QA Expert. Finally, in 2018 and 2019, they worked at Bunker db as a QA Coordinator and Chief Operations Officer/Team Leader, respectively.

Claudia Lena San Martin has a diverse educational background. Claudia began their studies in 2000 at the Facultad de Ingenieria del Uruguay, and later earned an Analista en Sistemas from BIOS, Escuela de Sistemas, Uruguay in 2007-2009. In 2014, they completed an Administracion de proyectos de prueba at Insight. Claudia also earned a CMAP certification from MIW in 2015. In the same year, they completed a Soft Skills para Project Leaders de TI at COMMITMENT CONSULTORES and a Seminario Liderazgo y Gestión para Gerentes y Mandos Medios at CESA. In 2016, they completed a Taller - Pensamiento Sistemático Inventivo and a Focalizado -Reflotar empresas at IEEM - Escuela de Negocios. Claudia also completed a Taller Gestión de Proyectos at Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' in 2017. In 2018, they completed a Seeking awesomeness in agile testing (Derk-Jan De Grood) at Infragistic, a Workshop Be Hacked Desarrollo de proyectos y equipos a través de Gamificación at Mss Hack, and a Metodología Lego Serious Play at Mss Hack. In 2019, they completed a Planificador de medios digitales at Sempai and a Master en Big Data & BI at ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a Gestión de los Servicios de TI. Implantación (UNIT-ISO/IEC 20000) at UNIT and a Gestión de Calidad y Sistemas Integrados at UNIT Uruguay.
