Ryan Wills

Ryan Wills has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ryan started their career at Bunnings in 2009 as a G4/Senior Team Member and worked their way up to become a Contact Center Team Leader. Ryan then transitioned into the technology field and held positions such as Technology Business Analyst - IT Systems and Technology Project Coordinator. Ryan eventually became a Technology Product Owner and worked in that role until 2022 when they became the Portfolio Management Lead. In 2016, Ryan briefly worked at MessageMedia as a Support Technician and Account Manager, and in 2015, they had a short stint at Apparel21 as an IT Support Analyst.

Ryan Wills completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business (Information Technology) from RMIT University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2019.
