Guus van Marwijk

Guus van Marwijk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Guus started their career in 2017 at Utrecht University, where they served as a Member of the University Council and later as part of the Advisory Committee on Student Objections. In 2019, Guus worked at De Kleine Consultant as a Strategy Consultant and subsequently as a Project Manager. Guus then joined Prosus Group as a Procurement Assistant in Corporate IT. In 2021, Guus transitioned to Allen & Overy as an Associate, where they stayed until 2022. Guus then joined Boer & Croon as a Young Executive until 2023. Currently, Guus is working at bunq as a Junior Legal Counsel, starting in March 2023. Throughout their career, Guus has gained experience in legal counsel, executive positions, project management, and consultancy.

Guus van Marwijk's education history begins with completing their Gymnasium degree in Greek & Latin at Het Baarnsch Lyceum from 2008 to 2014. Guus then attended Utrecht University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Utrecht Law College (Honours) between 2014 and 2018. Subsequently, they pursued a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from Utrecht University, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, they furthered their education at Utrecht University by obtaining an LLM in Corporation and Law with a specialization in International Business from 2019 to 2020.

In terms of certifications, Guus van Marwijk obtained the Landesschilehrer 1 certification from SBSSV Salzburger Berufsski- & Snowboardlehrer Verband in July 2021.
