Cathy Wearne

Cathy Wearne has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, holding various roles across multiple organizations. At Bupa from April 2019 to March 2023, Cathy served as an Organizational Development Consultant and a Learning and Development Specialist, focusing on health assessments and learning initiatives. Prior to Bupa, Cathy was an HR Consultant in Learning and Development at William Angliss Institute, where responsibilities included elevating the learning portfolio and fostering a culture of self-directed learning. Cathy's earlier roles include Industry Trainer & Assessor at Melbourne Polytechnic, Manager of Recruitment and Selection at KPMG, and Independent HR Consultant for Corporate Property Specialists. Cathy holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Monash University and a Diploma in Project Management from Melbourne Polytechnic.
