Thibaut Perrin-Faivre

VP, Retail - Americas at Burberry

Thibaut Perrin-Faivre is a French business executive who is currently the Vice President of Retail for Burberry in the Americas. Thibaut has previously held senior positions at Burberry, Neoclaim, SWAROVSKI, and L'Oréal.

Perrin-Faivre began their career in 2000 as a Group Marketing Manager for KERASTASE at L'Oréal. Thibaut then moved to GIORGIO ARMANI in 2003, where they served as the International Group Marketing Manager. In 2007, they left L'Oréal to join SWAROVSKI as their Marketing Director.

In 2010, Perrin-Faivre became the President and CEO of Neoclaim, a luxury skincare company for dark skins that was distributed in 30 countries. In 2013, they signed a license agreement with Creation Beaute International and left Neoclaim.

Thibaut rejoined Burberry in May 2013 as their Senior Vice President of Beauty, Global. In this role, they oversaw the global beauty business, which included fragrance, makeup, and home products. In 2017, they signed a long-term license agreement with Coty. Thibaut was promoted to Vice President of Retail for Burberry in the Americas in August 2017.

Thibaut Perrin-Faivre holds a master's degree in business administration from NEOMA Business School and a Prépa HEC from Lycée Franklin Roosevelt.

Thibaut Perrin-Faivre reports to Gianluca Flore, Chief Commercial Officer.
