Job description

The primary role of the Assistant Manager – Marketing & Brand Solutions is to assist business development by planning marketing efforts, and creating content, engaging materials and experiences, that can be used to generate interest from potential clients and help retain existing clients. The person also aids the business development efforts on developing a local and international partner ecosystem for BMI’s product offerings. Additionally, the person will work for BMI’s social network presence, and help the business development efforts to develop the pipeline of new business coming in. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, and of the company’s competitors. The main duties can be summarized as follows:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build marketing strategies & campaigns for A+D across all media platforms

  • Oversee all tools used by the sales team- media kit, digital dockets, social media calendar to support the sales team on a monthly/annual basis research/creating category decks

  • Deconstruct client briefs and ideate as per brand requirement. Act as a creative bridge between all stakeholders and the client.

  • Support Sales team on sponsor integration ideas & decks. Lead end to end execution of the deal.

  • Candidate should have prior experience in end to end execution of events & original IPs.

  • Profile will require occasional travel for events & content based shoots.

  • Work closely with commercial sales team, identify gaps & work as a creative strategist / solution provider.

  • Has to have adept knowledge of 360 degree solutions including on-ground events, content strategy & innovation across fragmented media solutions

  • Help ideate, present & execute social media campaigns for the brand

  • Building brand presence & engaging with the brand community on social media

  • Collaboration & cross functional coordination with internal teams

  • Keep pace with SEO trends & developments to build better reach and visibility.

  • Well versed with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
