We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and customer-centric Marketing Executive of BurdaLuxury's personal branding services. This role requires attention to detail and and responsiveness to the needs of our clients and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in daily routine jobs and coordinate with customers
Conduct basic graphic, artwork and short video clips to post on social media
Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied through prompt submission of deliverables
Coordinate with internal & external teams
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of experience in a relevant area of social media, marketing, and customer services; in luxury lifestyle services or premium market is a plus
Excellent command of English and Thai languages
At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, online, communication arts, or a related field.
Good knowledge in social media, PR, and marketing
Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
Flexible in working hours and have interpersonal skills
Good command of Microsoft office applications
