Sandi Kasmark

Sandi Kasmark has over 30 years of experience in the finance and business operations field. Sandi began their career in 1985 as Staff Business & Financial Planner/Staff Pricing Analyst at IBM Corporation, a multinational technology and consulting corporation. In 1995, they were promoted to Manager, Pricing at Loral Corporation, a former defense contractor which was later acquired by Lockheed Martin Corporation for $9 billion.

At Lockheed Martin, Sandi held various roles from 1997 to 2012, including Director, Business Operations, Senior Business Operations Manager, Business Manager and Manager, Business Acquisition & Pricing. During this time, they drove all finance and business operations for a diverse portfolio of 30 programs representing $700 million, with a staff of 50. Sandi also oversaw all financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, human resources planning, contracting and procurement.

In 2012, Sandi moved to Harris Corporation as Controller, where they led a 60-person finance organization to support an IT division with over $800 million in revenue. Sandi exceeded financial targets every quarter by an average of 5%, and was responsible for accounting, financial infrastructure, financial reporting, forecasting, planning and analysis, decision support including pricing and deal structures, establishing and maintaining internal controls and procedures.

In 2015, Sandi joined PAE as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Sandi then moved to Burdeshaw Associates LLC in 2017, where they currently serve as Chief Financial Officer.

Sandi Kasmark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance from George Mason University.
