Olivier DURVILLE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and finance sectors. As CEO and auditor at Alpes Contrôles since 2014, Olivier has conducted audits of tourist equipment classifications and financial and food hygiene assessments. Olivier has also been a consultant at UMIH FORMATION since 2010, focusing on implementing sanitary control plans in the restaurant industry. In recent roles, Olivier served as the director of Hôtel Le Montvallon and managed operations for La Cabane Méditerranée, overseeing financial and operational aspects. Prior experience includes owning a restaurant while leading its operations and financial management and serving as Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Olivier managed significant trading volumes.
