Mrigya Bansal

Mrigya Bansal is a food technologist currently serving as a Young Professional (Research Analysis) at the Bureau of Indian Standards since October 2022, where responsibilities include participating in food and public distribution matters for the Commerce and Industry Minister's office. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Engineer focusing on inspection report scrutiny and test report assessments, and as a Junior Research Fellow on a Ministry of Food Processing Industries-funded research project centered on arid fruit utilization. Internships at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. provided practical exposure in various departments, including quality control and product testing. Mrigya Bansal holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Central University of Punjab and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Delhi University.
