Sourabh Sharma has extensive work experience in various industries. Sourabh is currently the Head of Channels and Alliances at Bureau, Inc., a position they have held since November 2022. Before that, from 2018 to 2022, they were involved with neoEYED, Inc., where they served as the Co-Founder and Head of Sales. At neoEYED, they were responsible for business development and played a crucial role in establishing the company's behavioral bio-metrics based cybersecurity solutions.

Prior to neoEYED, Sourabh was an FnB Entrepreneur at Mist N Creams - India, where they successfully built and expanded the first nitro ice-cream brand in India. Sourabh operated and grew 9 stores across Bangalore during their tenure, ultimately exiting in 2019.

Sourabh also co-founded Blue Orca, a technology solutions company focused on making software solutions sustainable and accessible while promoting positive social change. As the Head of Business from 2018 to 2019, they played a key role in building the company and leading its operations.

In 2016, Sourabh served as the Head of Sales & Partnerships at WoNoBo.com, a prominent 360-degree street view provider in India. Sourabh was responsible for developing the company's go-to-market strategy, establishing partnerships with leading E-commerce and OTA firms, and managing B2B and B2G product pricing.

Before WoNoBo.com, Sourabh worked at CAPIOT Software as an Account Manager and played multiple roles, including sales, product management, and business analysis. Their responsibilities involved managing accounts and driving business development opportunities across South East Asia, India, and Sri Lanka. Sourabh also conceptualized and led the development of an event-based marketing platform using a complex event processing engine.

During their time at TIBCO Software Inc. as a Senior Solution Consultant from 2014 to 2015, Sourabh handled pre-sales activities in South East Asia. Sourabh played a crucial role in closing deals for complex event processing and enterprise analytics solutions at a large telecommunications company in Indonesia.

Earlier in their career, Sourabh was a Sales Engineer/Technical Consultant at Convergys from 2011 to 2014, providing technical support and consultancy services to clients in the APAC/ANZ region. Sourabh also worked as a Business Analyst at Convergys IMG from 2005 to 2010, where they contributed to various projects.
